Battery plants get designed while they are being built. Your fabricator has to absorb change without losing the week.
Gigafactory and EV plant construction moves at consumer-product speed, not traditional industrial pace. Equipment vendors finalize data late, layouts shift, and revisions land mid-fabrication. The fabricators who survive these programs are the ones with disciplined revision control and short feedback loops.
We run exactly that. Short production runs, tight drawing control, and direct lines between our shop and your construction management team. Sitting in Sarnia puts us within a short haul of Southwestern Ontario's battery and EV sites, so changed steel turns around in days.
Process mezzanines, equipment supports, access platforms, stairs and guardrail, utility supports, and the thousand miscellaneous metal items a plant fit-out consumes: fabricated, coated indoors, and delivered to sequence.
Battery energy storage is part of the same wave, and we are already deep in it. We delivered foundation and support steel for the Sanjgon BESS facility in Tilbury, and we are fabricating for two more battery energy storage sites right now, including Skyview 2, the largest BESS project in Canada.
