Capabilities

Millwrighting & plant services

Machinery installation, plant and production line moves, and industrial maintenance from the contractor that already lives inside operating plants. Planned in 4D, executed by cross-trade crews, backed by our own fabrication shop.

The capability

The machinery side of heavy industry

Forty years of working inside live plants taught us how production environments actually run. Millwrighting and plant services are the natural extension.

We install, set, align, and maintain industrial machinery: equipment setting and precision alignment, conveyor and process line installation, maintenance scopes, and shutdown support. Our crews are cross-trade, so the millwright, the welder, and the ironworker arrive together, and the job never waits on a second contractor.

Plant and line moves are where planning pays. We relocate equipment and entire production lines: automotive line moves and retooling support, beverage and food facility installations, and plant relocations across Canada and into the United States. Steel modifications, new supports, and guarding come straight from our own fabrication shop instead of a subcontract chain.

What separates a smooth line move from a long weekend of surprises is sequencing. We link the equipment layout to the move schedule with our 4D planning capability, so you watch the move on screen before production stops. Every lift, set, and reconnect lands in the window it was planned for.

Why it matters

Why plants hand us their downtime

Moves planned in 4D

We model the relocation against the schedule and play it through before production stops. Sequence conflicts get solved on screen, and the outage window stops being a guess.

Cross-trade crews

One crew covers the rigging, the millwrighting, and the welding. When a base needs modifying at 2 a.m. on a line move, our own shop and welders respond, not a sub.

Live plant DNA

Forty years inside operating plants in Chemical Valley. Permits, lockouts, and production pressure are our home conditions, not special circumstances.
