The challenge
BESS sites assemble at factory speed. Battery modules ship on a schedule set by the manufacturer, not the site, and every container needs flat, square, finished steel waiting when the crane swings. Late or out-of-tolerance foundations stall the whole delivery train.
Our approach
We fabricated the foundation and support steel in repeatable production runs, finished for outdoor service, and staged shipments to match the module delivery schedule. Steel arrived ready to set, and the modules landed on it straight off the trailer.
The result
Sanjgon was delivered and the model is repeating. Promart is now fabricating steel for two additional battery energy storage facilities, including Skyview 2, the largest BESS project in Canada.
