The capability
Heavy fabrication, run like a production line
We fabricate structural and miscellaneous steel for industrial clients who measure delivery in days, not excuses.
Plate and shapes come in one end of the shop. Cut, fit, welded, inspected, and shipped steel goes out the other, at a rate of up to 1,000 tons a month. Our robotic plasma cutting line gives us repeatable accuracy on copes, holes, and profiles, and feeds fit-up bays staffed by ticketed fitters and CWB qualified welders.
Every job runs under our registered ISO 9001 quality system. For nuclear scopes, fabrication runs under our CSA N299.3-16 QA program with full material traceability, documented inspection holds, and weld records that stand up to utility surveillance.
Typical scopes: structural frames, beams and columns, trusses, equipment supports, pipe racks, platforms, stairs, ladders, guardrail, and miscellaneous metals. Detailing happens in-house: our SDS/2 detailers turn your design drawings into shop and erection drawings, and CNC data flows from the model straight to the cutting floor.
