Every hour moved from a congested site into a controlled shop is an hour that gets cheaper, safer, and more predictable.
We fabricate and assemble structural modules, pipe rack modules, equipment support skids, and access steel assemblies in the shop, then stage and trial-fit them on our 11-acre laydown yard before anything ships. Bolt-up problems get found in Sarnia, where they cost minutes, not on your site, where they cost cranes.
Modules are fabricated under our certified welding and quality programs and finished in our climate-controlled coating facility before assembly. Mounted equipment, vendor items, and client free-issue components are received, logged, and integrated under our QA system.
Shipping is part of the engineering. We design module splits around transport envelopes, coordinate permits and carriers, and sequence deliveries so your crane sets modules straight off the trailer. We have delivered modules by truck and by barge, including multi-storey process structures shipped fully assembled.
