Thirty years delivering some of the most demanding fabrication jobs in heavy industry. Justin runs the detailing and production departments directly, and he is an expert detailer in his own right. The team is built to his standard: exact, accountable, and committed to getting it right the first time.
CFO & VP, Preconstruction
With Promart since 2006, Eric anchors the estimating and preconstruction teams with decades of steel construction knowledge. He specializes in the work most estimators route around: complicated platforms and the plans behind intricate designs. He prices the job and builds the plan the shop runs on, which is why hard jobs get bid right and built right.
VP, Operations
Marc brings over 15 years in heavy industry, built on the mechanical side where he developed the processes and the people that let companies grow fast and stay that way. His background in health and safety and his commitment to quality run through everything operations touches. He treats both as the foundation of an efficient business and the highest-quality product for our clients.
Coatings Manager
John was born into the coatings world, raised in a family that built its name in painting. He has spent forty years learning how coatings behave under the harshest conditions this industry demands. NACE Level 2 certified, a Denso Approved Trainer for buried-service coating systems, and a board member of the Sarnia Construction Association. He runs our coatings program and specs the systems that go on your steel.
QA / QC Manager
Garrett brings over a decade of quality experience across multiple sectors, trained in the ABSA world of piping and pressure vessels where the margin for error is zero. That same discipline now sits behind every piece of steel that leaves our shop. With deep experience in modular construction and the quality demands that come with it, a digital-first approach, and an eye for innovation, Garrett is carving Promart's path forward as a leader in quality.
Senior Project Manager & Estimator
Scott brings 20 years estimating and coordinating large projects across North America. He learned the trade at one of Canada's biggest steel fabricators, working from the shop floor to the boardroom, so he knows what a number means once it reaches the fitter. He prices the work, runs the projects, and stays the client's point of contact from award to final load.
