Capabilities
Industrial coatings
A 25,000 square foot climate-controlled coating facility, certified to SSPC QP3 / AISC 420, plus mobile sandblasting units and coating crews that work in the field. QC instrumentation on every lot, in the shop and in the trench.

The capability
Coatings that survive the plant, not just the warranty
Industrial owners pay twice for cheap paint. We apply engineered coating systems in a controlled environment and document every step.
Surface prep is where coatings live or die. We abrasive blast to specified profiles and verify with replica tape and surface comparators before a drop of coating is mixed. Blast and paint both happen indoors, in a climate-controlled facility, year round. Ontario winters do not touch our cure schedules.
We apply the systems your environment demands: zinc-rich primers, epoxy intermediates, polyurethane topcoats, high-build systems for immersion and containment, and owner-specified systems for petrochemical and nuclear service. Dry film thickness, ambient conditions, and recoat windows are logged per lot, verified by our on-staff NACE Level 2 certified coating inspector, and delivered with the steel.
Because the coating facility sits beside the fabrication shop, your steel moves from final weld inspection to blast without a truck, a tarp, or a second vendor. One schedule, one QC file, one company accountable for the whole finish.
Coating does not stop at the shop door. Our truck-mounted mobile sandblasting units bring surface prep anywhere it is needed, and our field crews coat in place: pipeline field joints, tie-in coatings, coating repairs, and maintenance programs. Blasting-only scopes are welcome. Tanks, structures, and equipment, blasted on site to spec. Applicators are manufacturer trained, including Denso systems for buried service.

Why it matters
Why owners spec our coating shop
QP3 means audited
SSPC QP3 / AISC 420 is the credential coating specifiers trust because it is audited in the booth, not declared in a brochure.
Climate control, real cures
Temperature and humidity are held in spec from blast through final cure. Coatings cure to datasheet, in January and in July.
Inspected in-house
A NACE Level 2 certified coating inspector is on staff, not on call. Every lot ships with its QC record, and when the owner's inspector asks for profile readings from two years ago, you have them.
Sectors we serve with this capability
Steel that needs blasting and coating?
Send the coating spec and tonnage. We quote the full system, surface prep through final DFT report.
