Steel at the speed of compute
Data center programs are won on repetition, tolerance, and logistics. That is a fabrication problem, and it is ours to solve.
Data center builds compress years of industrial construction into months. The structural packages are dense with repeat assemblies: equipment supports, generator and switchgear frames, cable tray and mechanical supports, platforms, and screening structures, all needed in sequence and all needed now.
Our shop is built for exactly this. Our in-house detailers model each repeat assembly once and the shop builds it without drift. Robotic plasma cutting holds profiles identical across hundreds of parts. Fit-up jigs keep repeat assemblies interchangeable. Our coating facility finishes everything indoors so weather never enters the schedule, and our 11-acre yard stages complete phases so site calls steel off like inventory.
Where it helps the schedule, we pre-assemble supports and platforms into modules, cutting field labour on sites where every trade is fighting for space.
