Trained people, not laminated policies
Competency, person by person
Tickets are the floor, not the ceiling. Welders qualify to our CWB procedures in-house, applicators train on the systems they spray including Denso for buried service, and field crews rehearse the lift before the crane shows up.
Plan the work, work the plan
Every field scope mobilizes with documented JSAs, lift plans, and emergency plans reviewed with the crew, not filed in a trailer. Inside operating units, our people live on permits, lockouts, and hot work discipline.

COR, ISO 45001, 14001, 9001, CSA N299.3, AISC, SSPC QP3: every program on this page is verified by an external auditor on a standing cycle. Ask for the letters of good standing and you will have them same day.
