The challenge
Battery plants are built fast and changed faster. Drawings revised mid-fabrication, vendor equipment data arrived late, and the site needed a fabricator who could absorb change without losing the schedule.

Short production runs, disciplined revision control, and direct coordination between our detailers and the construction manager. Being an hour from site meant changes turned around in days.
