What we collect

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this information to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use contact form submissions for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. Depending on the nature of your request, your message may be shared internally with the estimating, quality, or human resources team best placed to respond.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent.

Service providers

Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider. Your submission is processed by their systems for the sole purpose of delivering the message to us.

Retention

We keep inquiry correspondence as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You may request deletion of your correspondence at any time.
