The challenge
Three operating sites, one owner, zero tolerance for late steel. Work fronts shifted with turnaround windows and permits. Every load had to arrive sequenced, coated, and documented.
Our approach
We ran the program as one production stream. Shop fabrication to CWB W47.1 and CSA W59, coating in our enclosed QP3 facility, and staging on our 11-acre yard so steel shipped in erection order, not fabrication order. Field scopes, including the COP3E super heater erection, were executed by our own crews.
The result
2,848+ tons delivered across three sites with full traceability packages. The program is ongoing, and the relationship spans years of repeat awards.
